Our FAQ
FIND ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
All of our jewelry is designed to be durable, waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant. We use high-quality materials to ensure that your jewelry not only looks great but lasts through everyday wear, including swimming and showers. While our pieces are gold-plated, we recommend some care to keep them looking their best over time.
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. When not in use, store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box. A little extra care goes a long way to preserving its shine! We recommend using the free pouch that we provide with every purchase!
We’re always looking for ways to give back! Keep an eye on our social media and newsletter for updates on volunteer opportunities, donation campaigns, and ways you can help animals in need. Every purchase you make supports this mission, but we also encourage you to explore other ways to get involved!
We understand that not everyone has the means to donate or purchase jewelry, and that's okay! There are so many ways to make a difference, no matter how big or small. Here are some ideas:
Volunteer locally: Visit our Speak Up, They Can't page to find shelters and rescue organizations near you that are always looking for volunteers. Even just a few hours a month can have a huge impact on animals in need.
Sign Petitions: Many organizations and activists are fighting for better treatment of animals through petitions. On our site, we have a provided a site that lists petitions that you can sign to support animal rights and welfare efforts—every signature counts in pushing for legislative change.
Spread Awareness: Share posts, videos, and stories from your favorite animal welfare organizations on social media. Even just talking to your friends and family about animal rights can spark important conversations and encourage others to act.
Foster: If you're able to temporarily care for a pet in need, fostering is a life-saving option. Fostering animals helps shelters by freeing up space and giving animals a better chance at adoption.
Donate Supplies: Many shelters and rescues are always in need of basic supplies like food, blankets, and toys. Even small donations of gently used items can make a big difference.
Remember, every action, no matter how small, helps. Whether it's donating a dollar, signing a petition, or spending an hour at a shelter, you are making a difference in the lives of animals around the world. Your support, in any form, matters—and we are incredibly grateful for it.
You don’t need a lot of time or money to make a big impact on the lives of animals. Here are a few easy actions you can take that require minimal time or financial resources:
Like and Share: Follow animal welfare organizations and share their content on social media to increase visibility for their cause. The more people see these posts, the more awareness is raised for animals in need.
Use Your Voice: Simply talking about animal welfare with others can help spread awareness. Whether it's sharing your favorite cause, talking about local shelter needs, or even starting conversations about ending animal cruelty, your voice is powerful.
Participate in Fundraisers: Many organizations host online fundraising events, raffles, or auctions where you can participate for free or for a small donation. These events often raise money for important initiatives, and every small contribution counts.
Volunteer for a Few Hours: Many shelters need people for just a few hours a week to help with tasks like walking dogs, cleaning kennels, or organizing adoption events. Volunteering can be a great way to make a direct impact without a significant time commitment.
Sign Up for Newsletters: Get involved by subscribing to newsletters from local or global animal welfare organizations. Many offer simple ways to contribute through click-to-donate options or sharing their materials.
Support Animal-Friendly Legislation: Watch for local campaigns or movements pushing for laws to protect animals. Sending a quick email or letter to a local representative, or participating in a public meeting, can directly influence important decisions.
Even the smallest action can contribute to a larger change, and we are incredibly grateful for every effort. Your involvement, no matter how small, truly matters. The more people who care and act, the greater the collective impact we can have.
There are countless ways to make a positive impact on animal welfare, even if you're unable to donate time or money directly. Here are a few suggestions that allow you to support the cause in your own way:
Educate Yourself and Others: Knowledge is power. The more you know about animal welfare issues—from factory farming to wildlife conservation—the more effectively you can advocate for change. Share this knowledge with others in your community to inspire them to take action as well.
Adopt, Don’t Shop: If you're looking to adopt a pet, consider adopting from a shelter or rescue group. By adopting, you're not only giving an animal a loving home but also supporting the movement against puppy mills and other forms of animal exploitation.
Create Awareness through Art and Expression: If you’re a creative person, use your skills to raise awareness for animal causes. Write blogs, create videos, or design artwork that highlights the need for animal protection and rights.
Support Animal-Friendly Brands: When shopping, support companies and brands that are dedicated to ethical practices and animal welfare. Choosing cruelty-free products, supporting animal rescue initiatives, and voting with your wallet all help to build a more compassionate economy.
Host a Fundraiser: If you're passionate about helping animals, consider hosting your own fundraiser! Whether it’s a bake sale, a virtual event, or a social media campaign, fundraising can generate awareness and support for animal welfare efforts.
Lobby for Change: Get involved in local politics by supporting or lobbying for animal-friendly legislation. Whether it’s advocating for stricter animal cruelty laws or promoting conservation efforts, your voice can help drive systemic change.
Remember, no action is too small, and every effort counts. Whether you're donating money, time, or simply raising awareness, you are helping to make the world a kinder place for animals.
